FPSEce is a playstation emulator for Windows Mobile that allows you to enjoy those games you used to play in your beloved videoconsole.

You'll only have to copy the files you'll download in the phone (inside memory or memory card), save ISO images of the games you want to play and run the emulator. Once you run the emulator, you'll only have to choose the game you want to play and have fun. Now you have a mini PSX.
